Subaru Vancouver Triathlon is looking for volunteers!

All Volunteers will receive the following:
  • Souvenir Custom Technical “Race Support” Shirt
  • Lunch
  • Volunteer Recognition Party
  • Valuable Volunteer Draw Prizes
  • Satisfaction of helping triathletes achieve their goals!

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
  • Bike Course Marshals
  • Site Set Up (1 and 2 days before the race)
  • Site Take Down (after race is finished)
  • Run Course Marshals
  • Water Stations
  • Transition area
  • Start/Finish Area
  • Swim Course
  • Kids Run (day before race)
  • Registration (day before the race)

Honorariums are available for larger groups of volunteers. For a community group to be eligible for an honorarium the
following conditions apply:
  • A group representative must fill out a Group Volunteer Form that includes a listing of the group members
    (members must also register through the volunteer online registration process)
  • Must be a local group (no individuals can be paid)
  • The groups must be allocated to the following positions: Bike marshals, run marshals, set up, or take down. The
    other volunteer positions are not eligible
  • A volunteer can only represent 1 group
  • Each participant must work at least a minimum 4 hour shift
  • Honorariums will donated as follows:
  • o $300: Groups of 15+
  • o $500: Groups of $25+
  • o For Groups of 50+ please contact the Series Communications/Volunteer Coordinator directly
  • A representative should be made available for a cheque presentation will be made at a later date
