We got 1st in mixed 10s, 2nd in men's 10s and 3rd in mixed 20s. didn't do so hot in the men's 20s - 4th or 5th i think? Total of 11 races today. It might have been the kick I needed to get back into dragonboating, instead of just outrigger on my own time.

Never give a match up halfway through. Never say that you do not feel up to it, that your condition is bad, and throw in the towel. Fight to the very end, always looking for your chance to break through.

I believe men's 20 gold went to Vancouver Fire 2 followed by the two Australian teams (South Australia and Terror Australis). It was a tight, tight race.
