Hi All,

I'm a woman in my 20s and I'm looking for a Dragon Boat Racing team to join in the vancouver/lower mainland area.  I've done a few DB races in the past couple of years but have never stayed around in a city long enough to join a team.  I'm permanent here now so I'd love to give it a try.  I'm athletic, willing to learn and ready to train.  I'm energetic and am looking for a super fun team with competitiveness thrown into the mix.

Booze Cruise Team is still looking if you're interested.  Practice one a week out of Pogue on wed nights.  I think our name says it all if you're looking for fun.

I thought instead of creating a new thread I just reply to this one.
Iam interested in joining a team which is practicing at false creek in vancouver.

Iam fit but I think I would prefer a fun team.  which will join the dragon boat festival in june.

Hi

Team Centuions are looking for paddlers to fill the boat. We practice on Thursday evenings at 5:45pm to meet to 7:30pm.

We are also trying to get a team to Portland June 5-7 this Monday will make it or cancel it if we do not have enough paddlers to fill the boat.
