WANTED: The Eh Team, Vancouver's fastest growing and most improved Seniors Dragonboat Team has a need for an experienced steersperson, over 50, who can attend two morning practices a week at Alder Bay (Wednesdays and Fridays @ 9:30 to 11:00) starting in early March and ending around the end of Septempber.
The team will be attending at least 8 festivals over the next year which will include out of town venues like Kelowna, Victoria and possibly San Francisco.
The Eh Team is a collection of friendly, dedicated and active seniors who "paddle for fun, but race to win". Wth expert coaching and an enthusiastic and competent executive, the club made dramatic and unbelievable progress in 2008, from DFL (Dead Flat Last) to winning 5 medals in cmpetitions in 2008.
