Hi!
Two young paddlers are looking for a team. We both have three years experience paddling for a team in Kamloops, and we are looking for someone to paddle with on weekends mainly during the school year. We are competitive, but will paddle for anyone! We would also be willing to paddle in festivals during the summer, pending availability with work.
Thanks!

Why Vancouver when the Valley has much cleaner water -  Very Happy

You can actually jump in the water before, during, or after a practice and not have to run to a shower before you skin starts to turn green like the Hulk.

The air on the other hand ... really who needs to breath?

Sudden Impact is always looking for competitive paddlers

BUT we paddle at Cultus Lake by Chilliwack

Hello Christinel

We have UBC paddlers on our team in BA and PhD programs + 2 more paddlers who live on campus, + 3 nearby in Dunbar, Jericho and Kits... so chances are you might get a ride to and from UBC... or close by anyways.

Lots of diversity on our team, cultural, age + dragon boat experience from 17 years to rookies.

Gung Haggis Fat Choy dragon boat team practices Tuesday 6pm, and Sunday 10am.

We just finished Vernon, and our next race will be Vancouver Taiwanese race, then some voyageur canoe regattas following in September and October.

Find out more about our team on the website:

Not sure if you are hooked up with a team for Victoria, but we are a REC B/A team looking for 2 paddlers for Victoria. We have carpools organized and hotel rooms with spaces left for you. If you are interested, please email me at [email protected]

When is Victoria? We won't be down until the beginning of September, when school starts.
