i was just on the website and there has been another update - 73 teams now! wow, this is going to be an awesome event - can't wait!

As of June 18, there are 76 teams registered.. will there be any more up for the fun and excitement that Nanaimo has to offer???
I sure hope so!  This is BY FAR the Bee -EST festival of them all.

Only THREE weeks to go before the Nanaimo festival.  I don't know about you, but *I* can't wait for this one!  I can't recall any mishaps from last year - well, except the weather.. but you can't blame the GO race management team for that one. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch!

There has been a late entry into the festival. As a result, we have posted a Version 2 Race Welcome and Schedule (including Round 1 Draw). This document replaces Version 1 posted on July 5. Please download it from the Festival website at http://www.nanaimodragonboat.com/participants.php. A limited number of copies will also be available in the Athletes Village Administration area, when your team checks in. Paddles Up!
