 Very Happy  FCRCC is pleased to announce that Kamini Jain will be presenting a series of four seminars on Dragon Boat Coaching this spring. 
     February 15  Basic Technique
     March 1       Season Planning & Practice Structure
     March 15      Advanced Technique
     April 5          Race Preparation
These seminars are suitable for the experienced coach who wants to update his/her coaching skills, the novice coach looking for help get started, and for the paddler who just wants to learn more about dragon boating.

Note that the first date should be Feb 16 (all dates are Saturdays).

There is still plenty of room. This is a great opportunity to learn from a former Olympic athlete who has coached the FCRCC men's and mixed teams to a lengthy string of regatta championships culminating in a dominating performance at the 2006 Word Club Crews and representing Canada at the 2007 World Championships (with a gold medal in the mixed 2000m, silver in mixed 500m). Although there are some areas of overlap, the content of the seminars is very complimentary to the Watersedge coaching clinics. At $25/seminar, it's a pretty good deal. Complete details are here:
