This might be of interest to any high school age paddlers.
Saturday the 28th from 1pm to 3pm, FCRCC will host another youth flatwater program promotional (free) paddle. This is targeted to high school age kids with at least some paddling experience.
Our new "fleet" of sit-on-tops will be available for kayak polo, but we also hope to get some novices out in team C-boats and in real kayaks with stabilizers.
Everyone attending should expect to fall in more than once. So please come dressed appropriately (i.e. no cotton) and with a change of clothes. Change room facilities are available in the False Creek Community Centre.
If you plan to attend this Saturday but did not attend the previous Sunday (April 22), please respond to the Program Coordinator (not to the office) at the email address below so he will be able to plan for numbers. If the weather is good and the numbers are large we will start early. Thanks.
