 1 other thing I saw on the first day was the chinese paddlers all shaving down their paddles because they were too wide and not to spec .If you look at the picture of the team w/ white jerseys take a look at their blades.....look a little wider to me  Shocked

Nope, that's one of the awesome things about the Worlds...but you have to sign a waiver saying that you can swim at least 50m without assistance Shocked

Seeing the best in the world is another perk... Very Happy

Standing beside the Germans, Toronto national paddlers, and other countries (and looking upwards) is another fun thing as well... Laughing
