As we get closer to the festival I will be emailing you important information for you and your team. Please make sure you read these emails carefully.
If you would like to request that your team tent be beside another team's tent, please email me by Wednesday, June 9.
Many of you have asked about race packages/racer's passes. When the racer's and team parking passes arrive (they were supposed to be here last week but now I am told they will be here this week) I will send out an email with details on when/where/how they can be picked up. Please refrain from sending me questions about this until after I send out the email with the information. We will do our best to get these to Visiting teams before they arrive on site, but at this point I cannot guarantee that will happen. Stay tuned.
