Want to try something new or to expand your circle of friends?
RGL United is a semi-competitive co-ed dragon boat team, aged 18-40 looking to recruit new members (especially male paddlers)! We are looking for new members who are committed, willing to learn, & has a competitive spirit! No experience necessary!
Where: Granville Island's False Creek Community Center (by tennis courts)
When: Wednesday nights at 7pm & Saturday mornings at 8am.
What to wear: Dri-fit clothes, a light shell/windbreaker, & shoes you don't mind getting wet.
What to bring: A bottle of water, that's it! We'll provide paddles & life jackets.
We train for local & out of town competitions that happen during the weekends.
The season runs until August and team fees for the year is TBA which covers practice time, and a jersey (any out town accommodation/travel extra).
