Facebook is the most widely used social network for good reason - its easy to use, everything is shareable to the timeline and it works very well. Presented by Jeremy Dyson. 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM

Specific Nutrient Timing for Performance Optimization

Would have found the "staying connected" presentation interesting. To bad this overlaps with Nanaimo "Crazy 8's" outrigger race. We moderate the Goblin Empire public and private Facebook sites, would be beneficial to find ways to best take advantage of all the options available.

Actually all these sound interesting. Perhaps next year
