The FCRCC EH Team is looking for a coach for the 2013 and subsequent seasons.
The coach will design and implement an annual paddling program for the team, including overall intention, specific fitness and paddling goals and a means of measuring progress towards these goals.
Team Description
1. The EH Team, a senior dragon boat team, fields two teams, a mixed team and a women’s team.
2. The team practices on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 to 11:15 AM from early March until late October which generally means about 70 – 75 practices a year
3. The EH Team is competitive in the Recreation C Division.
4. The EH Team recruits new paddlers to maintain its core membership. Paddlers exhibit different levels of paddling and physical abilities.
5. Eh Team member participate in other paddling programs such as the Senior C and The Huligans, an Outrigger Canoe program.
