I hear burnwater paddles are better than apex paddles. Is this true?  Hi

*edit*
Sorry Zeph, I should have picked a different post to make my trolling come-back.

To any prospective buyers, I turned in my burnwater for an apex (adjustable). I like both, but needed the adjustability of the apex at the time. Not sure what current new prices are like anymore, but that is less than half of what I paid for any of my cf paddles.

Never give a match up halfway through. Never say that you do not feel up to it, that your condition is bad, and throw in the towel. Fight to the very end, always looking for your chance to break through.

Paddles are basically the same price as the higher end models back in the day, if not more. There are definitely more brands to choose from and the apex ultimate (I believe that's what they called the adjustable one) is discontinued so you might want to keep it as it may have some hidden value cause they're rare now  Laughing Wink

Anyways that's a decent price for the combo! Bump for the thread starter

colossus: wow!  don't we miss those days of trolling this forum?  Laughing  Everyone like to "hear" things about brand A being better than brand B.   I've also seen some of the best mechanics use POWERFIST (Princess Auto) tools and Canadian Tire tools to build engines vs mediocre grease monkeys who feel/think that their $200 set of 8 Snap on screwdrivers makes them a better mechanic.   BTW... THANKS, now the mods are going to think that you are purposely creating attention for my thread  Razz Laughing

Strokeit: thanks for the bump!

sboru(Shanno): sorry, but I will pass on your offer.
