Starbucks Waverunners is recruiting for the 2012 season.

I know that most of you guys and gals are just finishing off your 2011 season.

If you are interested in joining a competitive team or looking to take the next step in your paddling career Starbucks Waverunners is looking to fill a few seats for 2012.

Our AGM is this Weds September 7th and any paddlers that are interested in learning about our team and how it is run should attend.  Some of the topics that we will be discussing:

1.  Team Philosophy
2.  # of teams/coaching
3.  practice structure/schedule
4.  fee structure/schedule
5.  commitment - practice/fundraising/time trails/OC1s?
6.  Fundraising organization
7.  Analysis of team feedback

If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life and take the next step to becoming a better paddler. 

Our team has developed a great training program to not only help our paddlers get in great physical shape but we also give our paddlers the tools to help them become a better paddler.  Whether you are a recreational paddler that is looking to get better or a rec/competitive paddler that is looking to step up your game in a team orientated environment.

Some of the things that our team is providing our paddlers:

1. Team funded boot camps during the off-season run by a Personal Trainer that is one of our ex-paddlers. Two days to choose     from Weds and Friday Night.
2. OC1 and DB Technical Stroke sessions outside of regular DB practice times
3. Our team sponsor and fundraising helps pay for the majority of racing costs for local races and in some cases will subsidize out of town races.
