Hi, i am very interested in joining a dragon boating team and was wondering if any team is in need of new paddlers. I'm 16, but is very friendly, energetic and enthusiastic. Please reply to this post ASAP. Thank-You
-Also i'm looking teams that practice in Vancouver or Richmond, free pretty much anytime for practices.

You'll have to let everyone know where you'd like to paddle, there are people from many teams in quite a few cities reading this forum.
Good luck!

Hey Jeff,
A member of Swordfish let me know you were looking for a team - unfortunately, most teams on this forum are adult teams, which means you have to be over 19 at the time of racing.
We were looking for youngin's too!

I believe you'd be welcome on Eric Hamber Secondary for next season, Sept. 2010 - June 2011. Word on the water is that some of them will do flatwater on Granville Island in the summer, hopefully there'd be a junior program this year.
So if you'd like contacts, let me know.
