I have been paddling outriggers in Hawaii and this year have decided to stay in Victoria and would like to be on a very competitive team. I was honoured to be chosen to go to the Hawaii State Championships and we won in our age group women's 60's. I also won gold at the Big Island Championships for women 55's and 60's and won at Queen Liliokalani. As I have not been in Victoria the past 3 summers I have no idea what teams are out there and what team I would be best for. Love to paddle and hope to be going to the world's in Penticton in 2012 with my team from Hawaii. For now looking for a team that is really keen to win. Now that I have a taste of winning I want more. Started dragonboating in Victoria about 5 years ago and have been to many regattas just not in the past few years.
