Last Gasp was very well run for a particularily short-notice regatta. There were more teams than I had expected! The price wasn't bad either
I believe Dragonzone is to be moved to the North side of the creek, so latecomers from the skytrain have to run a bit longer
I also hear that Gasp will be an annual event. Given that it was organized by very few people (compared to other regattas) imagine the possibilities when a bit more planning is involved!
I didn't take part in this regatta (just got home a day before... so I'd be too jetlagged to walk properly) but it was great to see teams get out and do 1000m for the first time with nearly no training whatsoever. Good job everyone!!!
