Last weekend we had an open house and invited people to come try dragon boating. We had about 20 new people and most of our team there as well so almost 40 in total. We took out two boats and did some fun little race pieces.
All of the people that came out had fun and want to paddle next year so we'll easily fill our empty spots. We'll send the extras to the forum here or to Paddle for Kids.
It was the first time that we had an introductory session and it worked so well that we're going to have one every season. Just thought I'd pass it on.
