We have one suite at the Sunset Waterfront resort too many and need to let it go. 

If you are looking for accommodation or would like to change two hotel rooms into one condo (sleeps 6-8) please contact me or the resort.

The resort is www.sunsetwaterfrontresort.net and the suite available apparently has the best view in the complex, it's a 2 minute walk to race site and overlooks the beach.  Pictures of the suite are online, room 1701.

Further information: this suite is located at 1128 Sunset Drive, which is right at race site.  There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a double bottom and twin top.  The couch also folds down.  There are enough beds for 8 people in this room.  The cost from the resort is $1200 for Fri-Sat-Sun nights (Sept 12-13-14).  The resort has a three-night minimum, maybe some of you are staying the extra night?  Split the full cost with 8 people is $150 each.  Washer/Dryer, full kitchen, bbq on the deck, second deck off the master bedroom, two full bathrooms, pool, hot tub.
