Hello Everyone,

    For all those paddlers racing is Saturday July 22, 2006 at Harrison, Richmond, and Vernon - Have a BLAST!  Razz

Ok on a serious note:  Setting up in Harrison today I must have drank 3-4 liters of water and I still feel dehydrated!  It is STUPID  :evil:hot out there!  Even in Harrison where we normally get a cool breeze off the water did little to easy that heat!!  So for those people paddling in Harrison, Richmond, and Vernon - drinks lots of water (tons of beer later), where sunscreen, use hats, and do what ever you can to stay cool (mmmm glacier feed lake ... sorry)

Paddle Hard!
