The weather held out despite some dark clouds and the afternoon was even better! (check my sunburn baby!)
Lotsa C-l-o-s-e races with the return of some missing teams (hiding in the creek undercover...) and big boys keeping things in order.

Final A in the AM was:

1 - FCRCC mixed - No suprise but almost a full boat length!??!
2- Pac Reach 1- As expected
3 - ROLI Masters  - some what of an upset but they always seem to have a better games face than the young uns
4 - DWW 1 - disappointing to say the least!
5 - ACME - OC in the off season is keeping them in the hunt
6 - Pac Reach 2 - A supprise finalist but strong

Ultimate and Swordfish both finished 4th in their respective semi heats with Ultimate the victim of a .5 loss to Acme!
The B final had Ultimate winning and FODB coming in second while the Swordfish snuck in 3rd with a big finish.
(Sorry but I am somewhat biased and only saw the top 3 in B finals....Feel free to fill in the blanks! Just got too excited!)
Annnyways...enough yapping, here are some pics (I posted a link as I have a few and more coming)
Here a few with interesting Captions

So thats $20 on DWWW to win

HI, Can you call a finish now? Thanks

Wow! Those babes are hot!

I love steering the new Geminis.....

Great pics, I love the close-ups. DWW looked great, especially in their semi. Roli's cranked it up three nothces.

Check the Blu by U photo, the steersperson has the oar almost straight up trying to correct. That might not be the best strategy. It's ironic that teams seem to lose control and ram or nearly ram the blind team. Eye had to swerve to avoid the collision, then they still pulled out the finish over Storm.

I like the last pic with the drummer standing up not even hangin on. Classic.
