A site map is now available online under Race Info Docs, ADBF Festival Weekend Info, 2004 ADBF Site Map.
Tent assignments are turning into a logistical nightmare. Some teams are requesting to be beside, or near, another team or group of teams that has already requested to be by a different team or group of teams. One of these groups is now over 30 teams! Rest assured that we will do our best to to fulfill your requests but the larger the group, the less likely you will all be together. And please do not send me your request again if I have already replied that I have received it, thanks
Some of you know that I do not work out of the festival office as I work full-time elsewhere. If you call me at the office you can leave me a voicemail, but email is the best way to reach me. Next week will be a very busy week for all of the organizers so you may not get the speedy replies you are used to
As of right now we do not have any Specialty Cup Races. If any are scheduled, I will send out an email to all eligible teams. Please do not try to register for these races until you see this email.
Race package pick-up is scheduled for the following times at Dragon Zone:
Thursday 6-9pm
Saturday 8:30am-3pm
Sunday 8:30-3pm
Monday 5-9pm
Visiting Teams
Visting teams can pick up their race packages at their Friday, June 18 practice (passes are not required to get onsite that day) OR on Saturday, June 19 before 9AM (either from Main Gate or Will Call - exact details to follow). Also, visiting teams wishing to buy 2-day festival passes in advance (only one-day passes are available at the gate),
