This email is being sent to ALL teams as we have some out of town teams in the regatta this year. THIS IS NOT THE FESTIVAL WEEKEND (JUNE 19/20) RACE GRID.

I cannot add attachments when sending emails from our site. Please go to www.adbf.com, login with your username and password (otherwise you cannot access race docs) and either enter this URL (http://www.adbf.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=downloads.listbycat&downloadcategory=2004%20Alcan%20Regatta%20Race%20Grid%20) OR click on the "racing" tab, hover over the racing tab to see the race menu, select Race Info Docs and then 2004 Alcan Regatta Race Grid. Please note that there are 4 separate PDFs: ADBF Regatta - Sat June 5 AM, ADBF Regatta - Sat June 5 PM, ADBF Regatta - Sun June 6 AM, ADBF Regatta - Sun June 6 PM. Please ensure you are looking at the correct schedule and show up on the correct day Smile
If you have not registered for the regatta, you will not be on the schedule but we have 2 spots left on Sunday afternoon; email me ASAP if your team is interested.

The Regatta will take place at Dragon Zone. Dragon Zone is located at the Southeast corner of False Creek, just south of Science World (the green Dragon Zone trailer is a one minute walk south along the seawall from Science World, just up the ramp from the Science World Aquabus dock). Science World is located at Terminal Ave and Quebec Street. Some street parking is available on West 1st Avenue and there is free parking in some of the lots behind Dragon Zone. If you park in the Science World parking lots (watch for signs), please make sure you pay. Teams are advised NOT to leave valuables in their cars.

Teams can bring and use their own paddles and pfds - both of which must meet the requirements in our Rules and Regulations which can also be found under Race Info Docs. You should also bring food/snacks and water for the time you are there as there are not many food venues close by. You cannot use seatpads (thin non-slip material is allowed) and there is no place to store valuables on site.

All teams are asked to report 20-30 minutes before their first race. If we are ahead of schedule we will be loading teams early; if we are running behind schedule you may be delayed. Please be prepared for both of these situations.

ALL TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE REGATTA MUST SUBMIT A WAIVER AT LEAST 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR FIRST RACE. All waivers can be found under Race Info Docs, Waivers. If you have already submitted a waiver at a festival practice, you do not need to submit another one, but EVERY TEAM MEMBER racing at the regatta must be on this waiver. If not, please have them sign the Additions/Deletions Waiver and submit that at least 45 mins prior to your first race.

JUNIOR TEAMS must submit individual waivers, signed by their parent or guardian. Again, if you have already submitted these for a festival practice, you do not need to submit them again. Junior paddlers will not be permitted to race without having a waiver signed by their parents. Junior teams must also submit a Junior Team Roster form, which can be downloaded from Race Info Docs.

Thanks and happy racing!
