FCRCC is looking for paddlers to join our Senior B crews. We practice Thursday nights at 7:30 pm at FCRCC. The goal of this program is to give paddlers the opportunity to compete at National and International Competitions. Paddlers can stay with their home teams but must commit to paddling with the program once a week. Practice Schedule:Starting: October 15, 2015
Time: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Everything will happen at FCRCC and Alderbay/False Creek.
Some of what you can expect from the 2015/2016 program:• 1 practice/week – Thursdays, 7:30 pm
• 3 weekend Training Camps
• 3 Fitness Test
• 3 time trails
• You will be expected to race in several races. (These races will be chosen in January – once regatta dates have been set)
• Coached sessions every Thursday
