Hi guys,

For those in Victoria we're starting up our free learn to run 10K and half marathon groups on Sat Jan 24.

There will be three groups runs a week (Mon/Thurs/Sat until Apr then Mon/Wed/Sat) but runs will be emailed out weekly so if people can't make all the runs, they can follow along at home.

This is a supportive, non-competitive group environment made up of paddlers and anyone who wants to join.  All are welcome.

Locations will move around Victoria.

The learn to run group will target the TC10K on Apr 26 and the half marathon group will target the North Olympic Discovery Half or the Goddess half, both on June 7.
