Hello teams!

It's that time of year again!

Registration for The False Creek Women's Regatta 2011 is now open. This regatta is in its 14th year as being the largest dragonboat regatta in Canada that is exclusive for women. It is a celebration of women in sport, and we hope you join us this year for one of the most fun events of the season. It will be simply fantastic.

We are back with draw prizes, 50/50, and of course the costume prizes! Feel free to get your team dressed up and see if you have what it takes to get FREE registration for 2012! As usual, there are no prizes because this is all about participation and having fun. However, this is a great opportunity to see how you score against other teams from several different clubs!

The best way to secure your spot is to download the registration package and send it in right away. Get your registration in before the Earlybird deadline and save $100!

We are only 3 weeks away from the big day and I just wanted to let you guys know exactly WHY you should be racing with us!

- Every team will get their photos professionally taken by Vitapix Photography and will have the opportunity to purchase anything from the exclusive action shots to the funny team candids.

- ALL races are done in BUKs, the Ferrari of dragonboats
- No steers? No problem, we'll provide one for you.
- Missing a couple paddlers? Members of the False Creek Women's team will be on site to help you out.
- APEX Paddles will be on-site for you to try out their latest paddles on the market.
