Some of you may have heard about Dining in the Dark. It's popular in Europe and is catching on in North America. It was even featured on an episode of CSI.

Eye of the Dragon has organized it for the first time in Vancouver.

Saturday, November 14, 7 p.m.

www.darkdiningvancouver.com

Menu

• 1st course •
Pumpkin Soup or Salad
• 2nd Course •
Mystery Dish (Vegetarian)
• 3rd Course •
Ratatouille with a Polenta Crust or Poached Salmon with a Fresh Mango Salsa and Wild Rice Pilaf or Marinated Flank Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
• 4th Course •
Dessert Trio of Crème Brûlée, Puff Pastry Creation and Chocolate Strawberry

Wine pairing available under request

$38 per person

Imagine your other senses being heightened - smell, taste, sound. Dining without sight is a unique sensory experience in which the food and the company take on even more meaning.

Proceeds go to Eye of the Dragon, the first dragon boat team to include blind, visually impaired, and sighted paddlers.
