Due to a competitor complaining to the city, Vancouver Ocean Sports is no longer aloud to have a gear sell off.  Our current permission was changed and now the parks board is passing me from person to person as no one seams to know who's responsibility it is for a club to have an annual sell off of equipment.

We will still be on site as per usually to help people with products as some may not get this posting, but we will not have a display with products.  We will have product lists for those that make their way down to view and arrange pick up.

Due to the recent changes, we will extend the sale to phone, on-line and in store orders until November 7th.

I regret that we have such adolesent competitors, but this is business and I should have been more prepaired.

I am sorry for any inconvenience, Please contact my cell at 778-898-6976

Is this complaint public, such as on the parks board website, ideally with the competitor's name?

All this hard work for 2 minutes of paddling, 4 times a weekend, every few weeks....
Edit: and now that I've gotten to do Guts and Glory (TWICE!) it's been worth every second!
