Hi Everyone,

i'm conducting a survey for a school assignment..
the objective of this survey is to "find out the correlations between factors that may influence dragon boat paddlers’ retention and turnover rate."

I have till Tuesday to get at least 30 responses.. please help me out by filling this 14 question survey.

Lillian, you might want to change the wording on one question...were you REALLY interested in how many RACES I do in a year, or how many festivals I attend?
Since you asked races, I put in the number of races I did this year...

Done it as well. I decided that the # of races was # of festivals and not the # of times I actually did a race with officials etc.
