The Oregon Women Lawyers (OWLS) Dragonflies are looking for as many as three female paddlers to fill open seats on our boat at the San Francisco International Dragon Boat Festival (September 22-23). Need not be a lawyer to join us for this race, but we are looking for experienced paddlers (i.e., we'd like to add to our gold medal collection).
Most of our team will be flying into the Bay Area on Friday night and returning on Sunday evening. The team has reserved a bunch of rooms at the $119 group rate at the Parc 55 and we should have room for paddlers joining our team.
If you have the cash to make it there or plan to be there anyway and are an alternate for your team, please send me a message and we'll see about adding you to our roster.
