We are putting together a composite team for the Bill Alley Memorial dragon boat regatta operated by the Lotus Sports Cub
www.lotussports.comBut it is the long weekend... and most of our paddlers are going out of town.
But our core paddlers really really like to race.... and want to go.
It's a fun event at a beautiful park setting.... Barnet Marine Park
There are prizes for the top team in each division. Mixed, Seniors and Women.
Money goes to the Bill Alley Memorial scholarship for Lotus Club members... They have a wonderful junior program - so it's all for a good cause... at one of the friendliest dragon boat regattas you can attend.
