Hi all,

RACE SCHEDULE
There are some last minute changes to our race grid and it will be out as soon as it is ready. Here are APPROXIMATE RACING TIMES for you (DO NOT TAKE THESE AS DEFINITE, PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULE WHEN IT COMES OUT). You will notice that this is our most aggressive schedule to date with one race every 10 minutes:

Junior Teams
Saturday
1st race - 8:00, 8:10 or 8:20am
2nd race - approx. 11:30-noon

Adult Teams
Saturday
1st race - between 8:30 and 11:20am (18 heats, one every 10 mins)
2nd race - between 12:10 and 3pm
3rd race - repechage - (for approx 50% of teams) - between 3:00 and 4:30pm

Women's and Men's Divisions
Saturday
Heats - 4:30-5:30PM

Senior's Cup
Saturday - approx. 3PM

PLEASE REMEMBER - ALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS THE RACE SCHEDULE IS NOT COMPLETE.

WAIVERS
Please note that faxed waivers are not acceptable; we will need original waivers in order for your team to race. Visiting teams (only) may hand in their original waivers/rosters on Friday, June 18 at the race site OR EARLY Saturday, morning AT LEAST one hour prior to your first race.

TEAM TENTS
As I do not have a map of Racer's Village yet, the tent assignments are not available. When they are ready, and if I have an electronic copy of the map, I will let you know. It may be that you will not know your tent number until you arrive on site Saturday morning. If this is the case, please go to Racer's Services (white tent at the Science World end of Racer's Village); there will be a map and a list of tent assignments available there as well as people to answer any race related questions you may have.

AMPLIFIERS/COX BOXES/SOUND SYSTEMS ON BOATS
Cox boxes are allowed for the Men's and Women's Division races ONLY (typically, only the teams that race internationally will use these; to be fair we are letting all teams in these divisions know about this). You must supply your own system and put it on your boat yourself. No extra time will be allowed for installing this on your boat; you must be ready to race at the appointed time.
