Short Course: 2-laps of 4.5 km for a total of 9 km
Long Course: 2-laps of 9 km for a total of 18 km
Early bird (May 20 to June 30): $210 CAD/USD per Adult team ($35/paddler).
Late registration (July 1 to race-day): $240 CAD/USD per Adult team ($40/paddler).
