Seminar #1 - Preparing for a Time Trial - Lori VelisekThis year, we are pleased to welcome back, Lori Velisek from FCRCC Women's Distance OC to once again speak to the topic of Preparing for a Time Trial. Veteran False Creek paddler Lori Velisek will be offering a "Preparing for a Time Trial Seminar" on January 9, 2015.
This course is open to anyone who wants to improve on their Time Trials in False Creek whether the time trial is 5km,
10km+ or 'sprint'. The FCRCC has seen a huge increase in the number of teams that require their athletes to compete in time trials. This includes both the Outrigger and the Dragon boat communities.
There will be a number of topics covered. (More details to follow.) There will also be time for open questions at the end of the seminar.
