Hi all,

Not sure how widely the word has gotten out but there is again free entry up for grabs for the Victoria festival in 2015 for the top BC Cancer Foundation fundraising team. 
All teams that participate will enter in to a draw to receive 50% off their 2015 entry.  That's potentially a good chunk off your season fees!

On top of that there are individual fundraising prizes too.

Money this year is going to help set up clinical immunotherapy trials where tumours will be taken from patients, the DNA examined and vaccines created toward mutations in the DNA to prime the patient's own immune system to attack any recurrences.

All money raised goes to the BC Cancer Foundation to help fund the start up of immunotherapy trials at the BC Cancer Agency.  The work is a collaboration between researchers in Victoria and Vancouver.

We've raised about $25,874 so far this year, would be great if we could get to $30K between all the teams by the festival this weekend.  That's not much more when you consider all the paddlers participating in this race - perhaps a couple bucks a paddler?
