Dragon Hearts Beat is a competitive dragonboat team looking for a few more women to round out our roster.
This season, we are training to compete on the national stage, in Welland, Ontario, with the best teams in the country - and we've already begun training for next season, with OC1 sessions out of FCRCC twice a week. This year, we are placing a strong focus on improving paddlers individually with small boat training in addition to dragonboat. Whether you're new to dragonboating, returning after some time away, or simply looking to step it up, we're happy to talk to you. We ask for a strong commitment to practices, and an appetite to train and race hard.
