The Westside Cycling Classic on Sunday, Jun 10/12Here are the details:
If a club/team provides at least 10 volunteers, we can provide a $250 honorarium to their club
(**to qualify for it, you will need to work the full day shift of 7am-2pm)Lunch and crew shirt will be provided. Draw prizes as well!
Positions available are: -
Course Marshals: 2 shifts. 7am-10:45am and 10:15am-2pm. 18 locations. (Locations still to be determined)

Registration: 2 shifts. 2 people for 6-7am and 1 person for 9-10:30am.

Runners for Results: 7am-1030am 1 person

Setup: 5am-7am 6-8 ppl.

Teardown: 2pm-3pm 6-8 ppl
*** Pre-event: Notice to residents.17 volunteers to cover 17 zones to deliver flyer notices to residents. Each "zone" is about 3-4 blocks of houses and takes about 45 minutes to cover. Needs to be done by the 3rd weekend in May.
