Take your paddling abilities to a new level with Super Sandbag Training designed and delivered by Ivan of FilippovFitness.
This class combines strength training, HIIT, core stability, flexibility, postural correctness and an amazing fat burn all with one sandbag.
Sandbags come in different weights and the shifting sand and combination drills combined with the varied recovery periods will leave your heart racing and your muscles guessing. This course is designed for paddlers but all are welcome. Register through Creekside Community Centre. Drop ins welcome.
