The Dog Paddlers are heading down south September 10th and 11th for the Portland Dragon Boat Festival. We have a few spots open on our roster for strong competive paddlers. Ideally we would like to recruit from the Victoria area so that we can get a few practices in before the event (practices starting after the Victoria festival) but there is some flexibility.
