What, no love for the fourth and fifth places? Sad

It was a great festival overall, great weather, great scenery, great racing in most of the controllable factors, and great team atmosphere all around!

Congratulation to Navy for taking home the gold medal! That was a well-deserved one for you guys the whole weekend.

Sudden Impact Black, thanks for the tight races, and that was a great finish you guys pulled off in semi-final. Congratulation on the silver.

RGL United, congratulation on the bronze and Calgary Yahoo Crew, thanks for the gutsy final!

It had been a pleasure racing you guys in the final, and hopefully we'll meet in the final again in foreseeable future. Wink

Finally, of course, I'm pretty proud of my team for coming this far into Platinum A and over despite being just about the tiniest team throughout the season. Very Happy

Agreed with the above two posters.  Kelowna was a nice wrap-up for most teams, with some excellent and VERY CLOSE championship races!  I'm very proud of my own team, and I'm proud of myself too, for how much we've all improved over the season since late January.  Let's strive to be even better.  I know all the teams we've raced will do the same.

Thanks for a great dragon boating season, everyone!  *off-season mode*

Any video on the Platinum A final out there?  It seems that there were many close final races this weekend!  Thanks to all in that Platinum A final!  What a rush to paddle against such tough competitors!
