HELP!!!!
I live in Vancouver, I am walking distance from Granville Island. I am over-weight, out of shape, but desperately want to join a rowing group. Something with a race to work for, i.e Dragon Boat. I can currently run 5 KM in 40 min's and i go to Bikrhams Yoga 5 times a week since October.
Is there anything local?
Regards,
Klaen
