there's been this wild rumor that there is a beer bong floating around somewhere in so cal....  Wink

unfortunately, the LBC does not have a beer garden.  Sad

i thought it was NO drinking allowed, excepted in licenced areas.  that's how they target certain loiterers.  of course i learn everything about america through baywatch, so don't quote me on this.
