It all depends what festival as they all have different setups. This is what I know:
I agree with Guido, contact the registrar for Alcan finishes, I think their email is
[email protected]. I have asked them before and they were able to get a hold of finish line photos. I know they had 3 video cameras at the finish line (I peeked, shhhhh) not sure for what but they should have something. Not sure if it is too late to get them though since it was 2 months ago but worth a try.
SeaVancouver was put on by ADBF people so there may be video finish there. It would be more fun watching the obstacle course though.
Richmond you will need to contact a brain surgeon so they can extract the brain of the three individuals that worked the finish line. Not sure which one will have the photo you have (in their brain) so you can extract the brains of all three. You will need to store the brains in a jar until technology is developed to extract a memory from a brain and only then will Richmondgate be solved. Anybody know Woodward from the Washington Post so we can get a hold of Deep Throat
As for Kelowna 2004, they are on the website of the Kelowna DB festival.
Victoria, contact the festival office and they can tell you if they have them available. I heard they had a video camera there but nobody asked if it worked or was plugged in though
Harrison had a video system so they should have something.
Vernon, ran by Calgary so don't know.
White Rock, no video camera there as it was more of a season opener for everyone.
FCRCC Regatta, no video there so probably no photos available.
Lotus, wasn't there but probably like FCRCC so I would not expect a video system.
FC Women's regatta, I did not see a video system so probably no pics available.
Calgary, not sure they had video.
There sure are a lot of regattas now a days, especially when you start naming them all.
