I have photos from this weekend in Calgary...here's one of the 250m seeding race for the premier teams.  FC in far boat, PR in middle boat, roli open in near boat...taken at or near the finish line.

I have more - but I don't know if they'd be too risky - you know the saying..."What happens on the road stays on the road!!"

It was a fantastic weekend - very emotional,  I've never seen so many people cry at a dragonboat event (including me)...Congrats to False Creek and PAc Reach for an excellent weekend of racing.  I had a blast, and I'm glad I was able to share it with some rockin' Vancouver teams.  We showed Calgary how it's supposed to be done!!

The bouys in the pic is the finish line so PR and FCRCC have already crossed over.  It was an amazing weekend of racing.  Congrats to all.

Hey Angel,

Since I watched the races from shore the first picture you have is not Roli Masters but rather Roli Premiere team.  No gray hair in the picture so it can't be the Seniors.

I believe this was the A division final (regular festival, not western regionals): False Creek in the foreground and Calgary Canoe Club in the background.  Yellow box is the finish line.

This is a confusing picture, so I should explain: that PR paddler is about to "congratulate" the Magic Dragons at the award ceremony.  He's just lucky his face didn't make it into the shot.
