Hello.

My Name is Yanick from Paddleone company. We have developped a new paddle sport training device. Excellent for cardio training and muscular training. The Paddleone is good to train specific muscle for paddling sports

I'll be glad to answer all questions you have about our product.

Now....why would someone on the WESTCOAST want to train on land on a device as such,  when everyone out here and back EAST all know or believe that the best training tool is ON the water.....in SMALL BOATS!!!!!

How can it be a better cardio training tool than running, cycling or swimming.......if one trains on a boat....they are already working those specific muscles and body parts.
You can not continually work the same muscles and body parts both on the water and on land....you have to train the other muscles surrounding the specific ones used in paddling so as to strengthen those that are being used when paddling.   Whatever happened to people believing in CROSS TRAINING????  What's the point of repetitive workouts on the same body parts over and over and over.....don't these people understand about wear and tear over time????

I don't see our National Flatwater athletes train with this tool.  When I watch the Wal Mart commercial....I don't see Mark(he's on the C1 National Team) training on this paddling device....hell NO....he's doing upside down situps and upside down crossovers .....that's the kind of crosstraining he's doing....AND....he's ON the WATER training.....not sitting at a freakin machine doing "Cardio Training".

I think this would be a total waste of money to purchase a machine as such.   Best investment is pick up a couple of FULL milk jugs and use those as your weight training devices on an exercise ball.

hehehe... obviously if you've read the website, it's mainly for dryland training during those cold winter days.

However, looking at the machine, it seems to be built for people of avg. height.  what if you are 5' and can't reach the foot holder... or >6'4" and have to kiss your knees while paddling??

The nylon adjustable belt allows a good resistance

What does this mean? Adjustable resistance?

Never give a match up halfway through. Never say that you do not feel up to it, that your condition is bad, and throw in the towel. Fight to the very end, always looking for your chance to break through.
