Anyway, I am a former paddler/coach of 15 years. I've paddled with numerous teams, including FCRCC Premier/Mix and coached the likes of Team Vortex, Mercedes-Benz, Gift of Life and Shaggin Dragons.
I am now a certified personal trainer. I run group dryland training and personal coaching/training. PM me if you are interested and we can discuss reasonable rates! Add that extra edge to your paddling technique and work out the typical dragonboat imbalances. Build endurance, strengthen core or just to be more fit in general. I also run coaching workshops.
