A great way to start the New Year is to spend an evening doing a warm water huli recovery with teammates and fellow paddlers. Sign up to come and practice the OC-6/OC-1 huli recovery in coached sessions. It is always a great idea to learn and practice this skill under supervised and safe conditions so you are ready if the real thing should occur.
