Title: Paddle with Dragon Snaps women's recreational team! Post by: captnbunny on January 06, 2018, 09:25:08 AM DRAGON SNAPS is a women's recreational dragon boat team in Vancouver.
We have a good core of experienced paddlers, as well as newbies. Our coach is very experienced and we have a dedicated steersperson. Our ages range from 20's to 60's. We welcome new and experienced paddlers. Our team is friendly and supportive and we have fun together on the water and off! We plan to participate in 3 - 4 regattas this season, including one out-of-town race in Penticton September 7 - 9, 2018 Practices: Meet at Creekside Community Center (by Science World in Vancouver) March 6 - June 10, 2018: Sundays, 9-11 am & Tuesdays, 5:30-7:30 pm June 12 - September 25, 2018: Tuesdays only, 5:30-7:30 pm COME TRY US OUT! :D Please contact Susan Waller at [email protected] for further information. We had a great time at the Inlet Spring Regatta this past weekend, going home with a bronze medal in the Heron division. It's not too late, join us today!
