Title: FCRCC Hosting Community Dragon Boat Coaching Course - Feb 26, 2017 Post by: FCRCC on February 20, 2017, 12:18:16 PM FCRCC is once again hosting the Dragon Boat Canada’s Coaching Community Dragon Boat course. The course is intended for anyone interested in entry level coaching. Some of the material covered in the course includes: safety, ethics in coaching, coach-athlete communications, basic dragon boat technique, basic physiological requirements of dragon boat racing, race planning, practice planning etc.
Certification candidates will be required to successfully complete a written assignment and hold a small craft operators license before they are fully certified.
